POLICY.
Products will be shipped as soon as payment has been confirmed
via Royal Mail, a proof of posting document will be obtained from the post office. For overseas shipments goods will be sent by Air Mail.
Where the customer has provided an email address, orders will be
confirmed by email followed by an email confirming shipment.
REFUND
POLICY.
Up to 90 day money back guarantee will be offered to all customers
who return products within this time frame. Unless a longer period is specified on sales page.
CANCELLATION
POLICY.
Credit Card orders will be cancelled if payments are not cleared
by Paypal. Cheque payments will be cancelled if Cheques are not cleared by the
Bank.
Customer cancellations will be accepted prior to shipment of goods or
under our refund policy.
